The 90-Day Control Installation.
One operator. One quarter. A defined system of business control installed. Not advice about control. The installation of it.
System-carried control, installed in one quarter.
Most owners past the survival stage run on informal control: they watch the cash because they sign everything, they hold the standard because they check everything, they keep the rhythm because the calendar is theirs. That works until volume outgrows the owner's attention. The Installation replaces owner-carried control with system-carried control, deliberately, in one quarter.
This is not twelve coaching calls. The sessions run 45 minutes because preparation happens before the call, not during it. The value sits in the diagnosis, the preparation, the written tools, the decisions made, and the enforcement between sessions. The calls are where directives are issued and verified, not where the thinking starts.
Twelve weeks, in order.
An expanded Business Control Audit of your company: cash, systems, accountability, rhythm, and enforcement. You end Week 1 knowing exactly where control is breaking down and in what order it will be repaired.
A cash-review structure built on your actual collection cycle, fixed costs, and seasonality. Reserve targets calculated, not guessed. Margin defended as deliberately as revenue is chased.
Documented standards for your customer-critical functions. An accountability map with named owners, deadlines, and review points. A weekly command review installed and running before the phase ends.
The system stress-tested against your absence. Final 90-Day Standing Orders issued: the written operating doctrine your business runs on after the engagement ends. An exit Business Control Diagnostic, scored against your entry, so the change is measured, not felt.
You leave with, on paper:
- The expanded Business Control Audit
- The 90-Day Control Installation Plan
- A cash-review structure
- An accountability and operating-rhythm structure
- Selected control templates and protocols
- Your Final 90-Day Standing Orders
- The entry-versus-exit score comparison
Entry is by Command Debrief. If you enroll within 30 days, your $500 is applied to the $7,500 total. This is not a discount. It is application of a fee already paid.
One operator per quarter receives this engagement. Not because of manufactured scarcity, but because installation work done properly does not scale past the founder's own standard.
- Before your start date: full refund.
- Weeks 1 and 2 (founding cohort): exit for a 50% refund. This checkpoint exists while OSC's case-study record is being built; its retirement will be announced on this page 30 days ahead, and engagements already begun keep it.
- After Week 2: fees are non-refundable. The diagnostic, preparation, and installation work is front-loaded. Everything delivered to date, including your Standing Orders, remains yours.
- If OSC cannot complete the engagement for any reason other than your non-performance, undelivered weeks are refunded pro rata.
- The applied $500 Debrief credit reverts to payment for the completed Debrief, which was delivered in full.
This engagement is sold exclusively online through operationstrategiccodex.com. Scheduling, rescheduling, split-payment dates, and engagement-conduct terms are provided in the written engagement agreement you accept before payment.
Who it is for.
Revenue is moving, people are employed, and obligations depend on your decisions being correct. This is not startup education.
The business got bigger, and the informal systems that once worked are now stretched: cash is watched less closely, standards slip when volume spikes, problems repeat.
You cannot leave for two weeks without the standard collapsing, and you are tired of being the reason everything holds.
You are willing to examine the business honestly, accept written directives, and do the enforcement work between sessions. The Installation fails without that.
Operators whose Business Control Diagnostic shows real control gaps, especially in cash discipline, accountability, or operating rhythm, are the exact profile this was built for.
Who it is not for.
Every session is conducted personally by Marcus A.K. Sanchez, who spent fourteen years as CFO/COO of a $120 million, 300-employee multi-site operating group after two decades as an equity partner and operator.
